Sacristia Oloroso 50yr old Sherry Vinegar 250ml

This limited edition balsamic vinegar has been aged for a staggering 50 years using the traditional “solera” system, whereby the ageing vinegar is fed down through a series of American oak barrels piled up in tiers.

This is a delicious, full-bodied vinegar that is sharp and full of aroma. Try it on salads, as a marinade, or in gazpacho!
