La Prudencia Sobrasada Ibérica de Bellota DOP

Farming for over 100 years in the Zafra dehesa, Extremadura. Their breed of Ibérico and Duroc pigs roam the land freely and are able to enjoy a diet rich in acorns.

Sobrasada is a soft paprika and pork paste, much like the Italian Nduja. Originating in Mallorca it is now widely eaten and made across mainland Spain and can be used as a flavour enhancer in soups or stews, as a topping on pizzas or bakes and especially delicious served on crusty bread and drizzled with honey.
