La Prudencia Sobrasada Ibérica de Bellota 100gr

A family business, now being run by the 3rd and 4th generations of the original founder Don Prudencia, is located in Extremadura. Here their herds of Ibérico and Duroc pigs roam freely in the acorn-rich countryside of the Zafra dehesa.

Sobrasada is a soft, spreadable “chorizo paste” very similar to the Italian, Nduja. Use this in stews, soups, added to a tortilla or spread on crusty bread and drizzled with honey.
