U MES U has the first and only specific environmental sustainability certification for the wine sector, the Wineries for Climate Protection certification.

Citrus, quince and some spices such as cinnamon and cloves can clearly be recognized in this Macabeo. In addition, a complex nose as we know it from natural wines, with many minerals, nuts and even some saffron.
