This is Villota’s inaugural rosé, with a limited production of only 1,345 bottles. The free-run juice from each grape variety is fermented separately and then aged on lees for six months before blending. This rosé is refined and offers a silky, creamy texture with well-balanced acidity. It is brimming with red fruit flavors, a touch of minerality, and a subtle hint of bitterness, culminating in a long, persistent finish.
