Yolanda and Carolina Garcia Viadero chose this upper edge of the Ribera del Duero to set up their winery. Situated at around 900m they are one of the few wineries at this altitude and are focused on producing very fresh wines with great potential for ageing.

Aged for 15 months in a mix of 2 different barrels, the wine is then aged in bottle for a further 21 months before being released. Slightly spicy notes of clove and nutmeg mingle with the earthier balsamic notes.
