Bodega Valdesil began in 2001 as a project to recover all the old plots, “pezas”, that once belonged to the family. El Valle del Sil has been a safehaven for the native Godello grape, producing fresh but aromatic white wines with body and character and with great ageing-potential.

This lees-aged white is packed with fresh tropical fruit and citrus aromas and has a supple, rounded body. Great with food, especially seafood dishes, mature cheeses and rice or pasta dishes.
