Produced from two different grapes in limestone soil, this wine is truly exceptional. Aged for 20 months in French Oak barrels then combined, bottled and then stored for a further period in a cellar, this wine is exceptionally well developed. We recommend letting it stand for around 2 hours before drinking, which should allow the flavour and aroma to fully develop resulting in notes of ripe fruit, vanilla, pepper, summer flowers and balsam. On the palate, this wine is bold and fruity, with hints of thick jam leading into a slightly spicy taste with hints of liquorice, cocoa, cloves and balsam. An absolutely must try wine.
