Siderit Vermut Reserva

Made from a base wine using PX grapes this vermouth undergoes a double maceration. The first maceration is made with bitter herbs and the second uses delicate mountain flowers to impart honey notes and add a natural sweetness without the need for additional caramel or sugar. The vermouth spends 24 months ageing in barrel before being bottled.

The result is a smooth vermouth with notes of vanilla and a gentle bitter backdrop.
