This organic wine aged for 100 days in new French, American and Hungarian oak barrels.

It has a clean and bright hue, with a cherry heart, cherry meniscus and violet rim.

On the palate it has structure and is round and sweet and an easy to drink, popular wine. At the centre of the mouth it has a great load of fruit and is long and persistent at the bottom of the mouth. This is a modern wine of excellent quality and freshness

As a fresh wine it supports a wide variety of dishes well. It is ideal with tapas, rice, red meats and traditional Spanish cuisine.
