This limited edition offering from Santamania represents the pinnacle of their quest for perfection, it’s more intense with more tastes and aromas based in an exceptional grape alcohol. Utilising a sophisticated and modern production process enables this Gin to achieve a range of flavours and aromas which are unusual for it’s type.

The grape alcohol base provides its own unique flavour and thats before you experience all the other flavours contained within. On the nose it’s got citrus notes with an edge of spice akin to cardamom. Yet in the mouth there is a powerful fresh taste, with hints of liquorice and juniper, rounded off with pepper and cilantro, defying the bitterness that the combination of juniper and liquorice seeks to introduce. Finally you are left with a pleasant and refreshing aftertaste of red fruits, rounding out the whole experience in exquisite fashion.
