This white wine from Bodegas Sant Pere in Moixent is a well structured, complex white with an intense aroma and persistent aftertaste. Some of the Pedro Ximenez is aged in oak barrels with the rest of the Pedro Ximenez being blended with the Macabeo & Malvasia and aged in concrete tanks. The final blend has a wonderful balance of fruit and acidity and is great paired with cured meats and cheeses.
