This sherry is a very rare style which falls somewhere between Oloroso and Amontillado characterised by a pungent smell but a soft finish on the tongue constituting a nutty taste.

Due to this strength of smell and the nutty taste it is delightful served with hard cheese like Manchego or even with cured meats like smoked hams. Or if you are feeling adventurous as part of a main course of pot roast or a variety of other roasts.
