Bone dry with intense flor character. This fino is selected from two different Bodegas in the centre of Jerez. The first provides a fresh youthful stock, the second, Almacenista provides the older wine which ensures the wines complexity and secondary character.

Goes beautifully with almonds, seafood and all things savoury.
