The Del Pino bodega was founded in 1935 by Manuel del Pino Canete with the intention of producing the finest sweet wines from Pedro Ximenez grapes. The family now maintain 200 hectares of vineyard with the primary aim of investigating new methods of harvesting and producing wines.

Fino is known around the world as THE wine for an apperitif. Well, Mar de Cerros is a fino you can start with… and keep going. 2 years under its protective yeast give this wine a fantastic, deep body with a rich floral nose. Dry with notes of toasted almond it is a great accompiment for a mature cheddar of gruyere cheese.
