This sweet dessert wine made using the Pedro Ximenez grape is absolutely delicious. The grapes are dried under the sun then aged for 24 months in oak barrels allowing the natural Pedro Ximenez’s signature flavour and style to come to the fore. Perfect served after dinner, ideally with a nice sweet dessert.
