HLH Classica Gran Reserva Tinto

Located in the historic village of San Vicente de la Sonsierra, Bodega Classica winery is flanked by the rivers Ebro and Sierra de Toloño. Excavated into the side of the mountain, it enjoys an excellent year-round temperature control. The soils in this region are mostly calcareous clay, producing great acidity in the wine.

Classica Grandes Añadas by Hacienda López de Haro is the collection of Gran Reservas that are made with only the best vintages from our winery, aged 42 months in new and used French oak barrels.

Complex and mineral, it combines notes of ripe Tempranillo fruit with the exuberant spices and aromatic herbs of the Graciano. The common denominator is its barrel aging, with notes of tobacco, chamomile and the character of the passage of time. Its background is sweetly reminiscent of honey, vanilla and dried fruit and nuts.
