The Melendez-Molleda family began this winery in 2000. The winery is situated at one of the highest points in the region, sitting at 750m with vineyards stretching out in all directions.  Relying only on rainfall for irrigation and using a gravity fed system to obtain the juice, the family are very focused on maintaining high wine-making standards and also in sustainable practices.

Smooth with red cherry and violet notes and just the right amount of spicing from the 3 months in barrel. The soft raspberry sherbet aromas linger on the palate but don’t overpower. Delicious with some cured meats.
