The Melendez-Molleda family began this winery in 2000. The winery is situated at one of the highest points in the region, sitting at 750m with vineyards stretching out in all directions.  Relying only on rainfall for irrigation and using a gravity fed system to obtain the juice, the family are very focused on maintaining high wine-making standards and also in sustainable practices.

A lovely, light expression of garnacha with plenty of soft red cherry, raspberry and violet notes. There is a lovely balance of sweet fruit notes with a gentle peppery note.
