This wine is made from grapes that were grown on 68 separate plots. The vines are just about 15 years old, which is still quite young. Slate, which is less fertile and wet, makes up the soil.

Neither insecticides and herbicides are used during the production process and the harvest is done by hand.

Each variety is vinified separately, with the entire fermentation process occurring in stainless steel tanks with a capacity of 5,000 litres. The skins are still whole at this phase.
