The Melendez-Molleda family began this winery in 2000. The winery is situated at one of the highest points in the region, sitting at 750m with vineyards stretching out in all directions.  Relying only on rainfall for irrigation and using a gravity fed system to obtain the juice, the family are very focused on maintaining high wine-making standards and also in sustainable practices.

A well-structured garnacha with enough body and acidity to keep it fresh. There are some soft fruit and floral notes of raspberry and rose blending nicely with the spicy tannins and a touch of vanilla and honey.
