Crafted using traditional methods and a blend of apple varieties known for their rich aromas, perfect for cider production. This allows us to create a high-quality must that acquires its rosé hue from contact with the fruit skins. A slow alcoholic fermentation at low temperatures produces the natural base cider. The final production stages include clarification, filtration, sweetening, and carbonation to create a semi-dry cider.
