A one-off manzanilla, never to be bottled again! Jose Antonio Sanchez Pazo from Delgado Zuleta has chosen one single, exceptional barrel from their cellars and emptied the whole barrel! With a bottle run of just 600 bottles in total this is an incredibly rare wine.
The cellar that housed this barrel is located in the higher area of Sanlucar de Barrameda where the humidity is higher and where the Velo de Flor flourishes. This sherry is the essence of Delgado Zuleta and demonstrates perfectly the house aroma and taste.
