Following on from the success of their Goyesco vermouth (a Manzanilla based vermouth), the first vermouth made with a sherry base wine, Delgado Zuleta have launched an incredible version with an Amontillado base this time. The Ambar is full of warm, cinnamon spice, a little ginger and has a great balance of sweetness and bitter herbal notes. An excellent vermouth to use in cocktails, lengthened with soda or on its own served on the rocks with a wedge of orange.
