Based in Montalban de Cordoba, this winery is strongly focused on the sweet, generous wines, originally with 30,000 sq meters behind the winery dedicated to the “pasera” (drying out of the PX grapes) which is the key to producing these famous sweet wines. These days the winery boasts 150,000 sq meters of “pasera”.

This is the bodega’s oldest wines, with over 25 years ageing in a combination of Tinaja (the area’s traditional concrete barrels) and oak barrels. It’s sweet and exquisitely rich with tertiary notes of wood and leather. A fantastic pairing with your favourite dessert, cheeseboard or just enjoyed by itself.
