Based in Montalban de Cordoba, this winery is strongly focused on the sweet, generous wines, originally with 30,000 sq meters behind the winery dedicated to the “pasera” (drying out of the PX grapes) which is the key to producing these famous sweet wines. These days the winery boasts 150,000 sq meters of “pasera”.

This has lovely caramel notes, with one year spent ageing in tinaja it retains a lightness and freshness. Great paired with cold meats and light desserts.
