The first registered trademark of the winery was born in the 50s. By the name of ‘Fino 61′, it is bottled and marketed for sale as solera wine, the traditional winemaking of the region. The story behind this name is, to say the least, funny: in the first years of the winery, rumour had it that, among all the vats filled with wine, number 61 was the best of all, and that is why this one end up giving its name to the first brand of the house.

White wine aged in historic 500-litre aging barrels -with 1/6 of its capacity empty to favor the formation of its veil of indigenous yeasts- and produced using the traditional aging and aging method of the area in the historical similarity of the wines generous from the south of the Iberian Peninsula.

Gold, clean and bright. With nuances of nuts and raisins. Lightly toasted.
