An exclusive Cuatro Rayas that breaks the myth that Verdejo should be consumed in the year. Cuarenta Vendimias Cuvee combines the valuable wine heritage of the DO Rueda and the work of three generations of winemakers. It is an aging Verdejo for which it has been ensured that the state (maturity, pH, etc) of the selected grape from hawthorns over forty years, as well as the aging on lees and a moderate aging in the barrel, confer to the wine the complexity necessary so that time makes the best of it.
