Crema Catalana was inspired by the popular Spanish desert of the same name that dates back centuries.  This liqueur is a mixture of cinnamon, lemon, egg and sugar flavours – or to put it simply, crème brulee in a glass. Drink neat, on the rocks or even with coffee. It is also an innovative way of spicing up deserts, cakes and ice cream.
