Cerro Añon Rioja Crianza

Created in 1973 and situated on the outskirts of Logroño in Rioja Alta, Bodegas Olarra’s winery is known locally as “the Cathedral of La Rioja”. The clay and chalky soil of the vineyard is watered by both the rain and the river Ebro, while the area also benefits from warm sunshine and the climatic influence of the Mediterranean and Atlantic coasts.

The Crianza spends 14-16mths in American oak barrel with a further min ageing in bottle of 4 months. It is a complex blend of delicate and fruity aromas with intense spicy notes that hint of barrel ageing. It has a very clean, smooth structure and even better finish.
