Established at the end of the 18th century, Sánchez Romate Hns in the Jerez DO is one of Spain’s finest brandy producers, with an enviable international reputation.

Aged for an average of 15 years in Oloroso and Pedro Ximenex sherry casks, the Cardenal Mendoza Solera Gran Reserva was first created in 1887. It is a smooth and intense brandy with complex raisin and plum notes. It is dark mahogany in colour with bright, golden tones; overall it is very well-rounded and smooth, with clean and elegant aromas.
