U Mes U in Font-Rubi is all about the art of bringing everyone together. A family business that believes strongly in the importance of every element contributing to the finished article – the soil, the vines, the winegrower, the winemaker. Working for a long time to move towards 100% organic, their cavas and still wines are now all certified organic.

The Ardea is part of the “Rara Avis” range and is part of the premium and aged collection of wines. This Brut Rosado has 14 months of ageing and is made in the Methode Traditionelle with second fermentation in bottle.  Soft rose petals, raspberry and strawberry notes combine to make an elegant and intense wine which has subtle creamy texture from the lees-ageing.
