Located in northern Spain in Baños de Ebro, Bodegas Atlún’s vines have an average age of 40 years, though some are nearly a century old. The family-run winery sticks to traditional methods, including handpicking and sorting all their grapes to ensure consistent quality.

This modern style Rioja is aged in both French and American oak for 14 months, with a further 12 months in the bottle. Cherry in colour, this clean and bright red has an elegant aroma of ripe fruit with woody notes. Overall this is a balanced, full bodied wine which is persistent, fruity and fresh.
