The 1831 gin is made from an alcohol base which has been distilled five times in 130 year old copper sills. Juniper, clove, thyme, cinnamon, chamomile and four other botanicals are added to produce a fine, delicate and classical gin.

Manuel Acha Distillery, the oldest in the Basque country and one of the oldest family businesses in Europe, has a long history of producing high-quality liquor. Located in Amurrio (Alava), they combine artisan manufacturing systems with traditional methods and cutting edge technology.
