La Prudencia Coppa Ibérica de Bellota DOP

A family run business for over 100 years, established and founded by Don Prudencio Benito in 1910. The company is now in the hands of the 3rd and 4th generations who continue to rear their Ibérico and Duroc pigs on the free-roaming Zafra dehesa in Extremadura.

The coppa is a richly marbled cut of meat, allow it to fully come to room temperature before eating so that you get the most flavour from this prized cut.
