Albala PX Vinegar Gran Reserva 

Bodegas Toro Albala has been making vinegar of the highest quality since 1922. The production is protected under the DOP Montilla Moriles (Denomination of origin protected). This artisanal vinegar is aged in Castillan oak barrels and the gran reserva itself is aged over 30 years from the finest quality wines.

This vinegar has an intense aroma of licorice, toasted notes, coffee and raisins. It is well balanced in sweetness and acidity with a fruit flavoured finish. A slightly more intense vinegar compared with the Gran Reserva Vinegar with a higher acidity point making it ideal for cooking. It is excellent with goats cheeses, tomatoes, cooking, sauces, and dressing salads. It also works beautifully with a high quality olive oil for dipping.
