Toro Albala PX Vinegar Reserva 

Bodegas Toro Albala has been making vinegar of the highest quality since 1922. This artisanal vinegar is made with Pedro Ximenez grapes and is produced in Andalucia.

Aged for 5 years this vinegar has an intense aroma of coffee, high roast, cacao, caramel, almonds and burnt sugar. Made from the Pedro Ximenez grape, it is well balanced in sweetness and acidity with a fruit flavoured finish. It is excellent with goats cheeses, ewes cheese, tomatoes, cooking, sauces, and dressing salads. It also works beautifully with a high quality olive oil for dipping.
