Santa Rosa is the result of the Mendoza family’s vision of wine growing, vinification and ageing of the wines. The wine was produced from carefully selected intensely flavoured grapes from vines with small yields and aged for 17 months in new French oak barrels in the winery in Alfaz del Pi.
